Summer 2009: As a fresh approach to connecting the study of Scripture and our daily lives, the Tuesday evening Bible study viewed movies together and made scriptural connections. We chose the fantasy genre to consider the morals/ethics that can be conveyed through this medium; our children joined us for the movies and discussion (viewing will take place on the first week listed for each movie, and discussion on the second).

July 14: "The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe"
July 21 & 28: "Prince Caspian"
August 4 & 11: "The Fellowship of the Ring"
August 18 & 25: "Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone"
