Music is an important part of our worship, and reflects both Trinity's membership in the Episcopal Church and its roots in African American spiritual traditions. We use two hymnals, the 1982 version of the Episcopal Hymnal, and Lift Every Voice and Sing, a hymnal of African American spirituals and hymns.

Music is also a part of our liturgy. During different season of the year, we may sing the Gloria, the psalm, the Lord's prayer, or other parts of the service.
